What to Expect On the Day

When you arrive at Bert House you will have time to relax and get everyone settled before your portrait session.

After you arrive it will probably be twenty to thirty minutes before your session commences, as we like to chat and get to know everyone before we start.

We have thirty years experience of getting a wide variety of people of all ages relaxed in front of the camera.

If we can make one request it is that you do not ask children to practice their smiles. The natural relaxed looks that we draw out are much nicer than the fixed toothy smile that most kids manage, even if they are rather sweet.

Do not stress about the children, they will be fine!
